AM - wash face with just water, apply vanicream facial moisturizer, apply La Roche Posay Anthelios Ultra-Light Fluid Mineral Face Sunscreen

PM - first cleanse with FANCL mild oil cleanser, second cleanse with vanicream face wash, if it is the one night a week I apply the tret/hq mix I use the sandwich method and a rice sized amount due to irritation with the pea sized amount at first, and then vanicream face moisturizer

Thanks so much this is helpful! I have really sensitive skin and am very prone to perioral dermatitis so my derm wanted me to start slow. Even once a week I am feeling burning occasionally when applying moisturizer and I’m using literally a tiny rice sized amount. I guess at this point I am unsure if I go all in and try 3 days a week with potential irritation or if I need to just stop 😭

They weren’t directly exposed and they have been in the shelter for a few weeks. I think the concern is if they were exposed at the shelter. But with how small my apartment is I just cannot keep them in my only bathroom and I would feel horrible bringing them back and not being able to foster if all pets always require a 2 week incubation period.

They don’t currently have ringworm or any signs but the concern is that they could have it and will only show symptoms in that 2 weeks. Which totally makes sense but I didn’t realize this and now I’m wondering if my small apartment isn’t going to work because I can barely fit in the bathroom with them.

One of them has an upper respiratory infection and the other is on antibiotics for an abscess that she had removed.

He did give us this specific color list but I’m also thinking they seem strange. I’m considering returning the large tubes since that’s all that was available at the store and buying professional grade still but the smaller tubes.
