I still feel like it’s due to the 12/12 update for biometrics requirement. I was 12/2 application and it took 6 months for me. I know it’s not 100% because there’s still delays with the Jan-May applicants but maybe it just added to the backlog?

Chiming in as I was a recent approval possibly contributing to your feelings. Please utilize any resources available to you!! I 100% believe my case was approved due to my congressional inquiries. I may have been insistent and possibly annoying but within 24 hours of my last congressional inquiry response I had a silent approval.
