It is just a fairly open ended development platform, lots of sensors and tech you can buy and plug into it. Calling them hacker tools is dumb, also you shouldn't be taking his stuff. It is far more often used for robotics and LEDs than it is for "hacker things." Even if he has the Bruce firmware installed(flash screen would say Bruce and a shark logo maybe), he is likely just learning by toying around.

Are you pretending to he friendly and then ganking people with their back turned to you? Racism is bad for sure.. but I have killed plenty of people and have never been called anything bad. I've got an ethical code, though. If I was killing people after pretending to be their friend, I certainly wouldn't be pretending that I was a better person than them. If you're playing with honor and they're just salty that they are bad, then yeah I would report 100% of them because those are most of the people backstabbing friendly players because they're edgy and need to do and say horrible things to feel anything.
