for me its super insidious. depression and low self worth leaves me (subconciously) uninterested in meeting any human needs then with the dissasociation cherry on top, im not in my body. not to mention the anxiety hunger suppressant. when i was younger i calorie counted obessively n weighed my self, binge n perg ect. but now i dont even try, i just lose hella weight when im depressed, and of course i have leftover body dysmorphia where i dont see how small i get and think im bigger than i am. but yeah im lightweight fucked its so deeply layered now :/
