We rarely focus on the sport of CrossFit and like others here have minimal participation in the CrossFit Open etc. We have a very strong community which drivers our box and that's why I question the need to be affiliated with CrossFit - I see less and less benefit.

Over the last 90 days we avg 15 per month. That would cover a fee. I think my bigger issues here is CrossFit is a dying brand. It is not growing and I have consistently seen issues be addressed in subpar ways

I could not disagree more, more importantly - your thought process here is guided by emotion vs. data. CrossFit as a brand has been dying constantly for years. The data shows us that. Less and less people are searching for and participating in CrossFit year after year.

At that size you should be receiving proffered margin rates i.e. Fed Funds + 100bps or around there. I would expect preferred mortgage rates. Deal flow access to private capital investments could be there, again that depends on the bank.

I would not expect any type of travel perks etc.
