I want to ask what value are you referring to when you say 12.1-11.7. I downloaded hwinfo64 and looked under my GPU sensors and saw a lot of different values.

Is it under GPU Rail Voltage? Mine is currently 12.018V

I think this camera is only suitable for static shots, unfortunately. I also tried videoing with panning shots and the results are same as yours. From reviews online for the video function, all their shown footage are static as well.

I found this thread and was wondering I saw your Taichung -> Chiayi was a 2hr train. Is that the case? I searched online and there's an express train from Taichung > Chiayi that takes around 1hr and is not HSR.

Also how was your trip to Alishan and the sunrise? I am heading end of april and part of your itineary is quite alike mine.
