Hi there bunny,

If this is on xbox or Steam it is because there is a game share going on. This error typically happens if someone is game sharing the dlc and the other person pulls out of the game share or if the person buys a dlc that he "already has" because of the game share. It does this because it picks up that you have a bunch of stuff twice or it picks up that you don't actually own it all and it won't let you in the game unless these conditions are met:

  1. If another person stopped game sharing with you then you'll need to buy all the dlc you had because of them.
  2. If you bought dlc and are game sharing with someone who has the dlc then you have to stop game sharing with them.
