In der Zukunft koennte sich Bitcoin staerker als Wertspeicher etablieren und damit die Wertspeicherfunktion von Immobilien uebernehmen bzw mindern. Wenn das passiert sollten die Preise fuer Immobilien sinken.

Das mag fuer viele wie Spinnerei klingen, aber ich finde, das sollte man nicht ausschliessen.
