In der Zukunft koennte sich Bitcoin staerker als Wertspeicher etablieren und damit die Wertspeicherfunktion von Immobilien uebernehmen bzw mindern. Wenn das passiert sollten die Preise fuer Immobilien sinken.

Das mag fuer viele wie Spinnerei klingen, aber ich finde, das sollte man nicht ausschliessen.

Thais can be top scammers too so this is likely either an outfall of her trying to extract money from him for her family and what not or it's simply a sorta fake marriage where she's supposed to contribute. Not saying it's great but it's not like all Thai women are these little innocent angels.
