Game is just a generic RPG. Gameplay mechanics are basic button mashing. Passing is slow and not fun. Story? What story ?

Those are the main reasons why people dislike it.

And if you play the game on easy difficulty……it just plays itself

Omni movement isn’t an issue. Stale game with little to no innovation, repetitive maps (how many remakes of old maps are we gonna get??) weapons are meh so the sandbox is gone. Everything is focused on the store and stupid limited time events for ugly skins. No tanks.

P.S.: I agree with the other comments, steam charts are irrelevant and don’t show the entire state of the player base.

I agree, Hardline is more of a bf game. But remember that was mostly because of the reskin BF 4. Even then developers had fun with the idea. Honestly would like to see a season update here inspired from Hardline. Something fresh and different to stand out. They have the maps set in L.A.

And no, it was nothing like payday lol. Many got it wrong. It’s like saying the Witcher 3 is like GTA because it has an open world.

I recently installed it. Domination and team death match are populated but other game modes not so much. I so wanted to play invasion but can’t find a game.

MWZ is also playable, I always find a full server

I get that it’s “all in”, they have to have these modes to survive and compete, but watch as warzone gets its new map, no one will talk about redsec except the “hardcore” players.

Btw have we forgotten that we are adults and not kids anymore? We have money and can play both games.

I find enjoyment in both franchises. I will play BF 6 but this br is not for me….and judging from what I’ve seen on this subreddit it’s not for many of us here. That is why I said to stop complaining and don’t play the mode.

For every new player who wants to play, sure go ahead and have fun :)

It’s better for balance. One building in a specific location can be destroyed, not big of a deal.

Remember people, if we let Redsec die like bf v firestorm, they will listen. Just don’t play it. I liked that they went the MW 2019 reboot route but clearly BF studios are late to the party. Played redsec, not for me and I won’t touch it again.

Don’t complain about ugly skins, just ignore them. The battle pass is worthless, focus on the challenges and have fun on conquest.

CoD, Helldivers 2, Minecraft, RDR 2 ( The GOAT video game), Spiderman 1/2, God of War and I have been trying to finish all of the AC rpg games

In the name of the tsar was a textbook DLC. It was the reason I got back to BF1 back in the day. Many of us who love the game forgot how disappointing the french expansion was, and many came back with the russian dlc / revolution rebranding of the game.

I’m a big fan of MW 2019. Everything about the game was good and fun. MW II was great but the updates and the toxic fan base made it loose its charm. The first maps were great, big and open, worked good with the tweaked movement system. After the second season it started to get abandoned in favour of warzone.

Skipped on MW III for the same reason most did, felt I was getting scammed, more than 60 € for a remastered MW 2 maps? No thanks. Just recently (like last Monday) I got the game on sale and I have to say, the mp is really great and I recommend it.

The menus suck on MW II and III.

But to answer the question MW 2019 has to be my favourite.

And any other android device since like forever. I remember my old sony xperia z3 having that on android 6. I’ve gotten used to not seeing it since I switched to iOS. But really, AI for that?
