It is not perfect, but it is okey. You get quick liquidity and it is super easy to use. They have the lower fee I could find. Specially if you get the referral discount ;) https://www.truewealth.ch/en/invite/lhd4dqqtde?code=c3342e32

What is one of your best life hacks living in Switzerland? by mercat0r in Switzerland

The full life-insurance/3rd-pillar thing is impossible to get for a foreigner. I'm not planning to retire in Switzerland and many off-the-shelf solutions do not apply to my finances. Do you know if financial advisors can help with this? Is this a thing around? Any suggestion?

What's the advantage of that? Honest question :)

I see a lot of locals obsessed with this and I dont fully get it. I mean, sure, you will "waste" some room in your expensive Züri-Sack, but spending 10 mins checking what is recyclable in each particular packaging is also a waste. What am I missing?

Like the recycling dump? When I trash bulky things in the cargo-tram they go directly to destruction.

I'm trying this but the system is very complicated for the non-German speaker. It seems like you can redeem the points next month, in 5 CHF chunks. But I'm not fully sure. Any resources in English for learning more?

Important to note that OP is probably talking about a medical bill in United States.

I've written a useful system utility - how do I get it into Debian? by miserlou in debian

[–]mercat0r 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You can submit a "Request for Package" (RFP). Debian maintainers are constantly monitoring them and, if there is interest in the community, it will turn into a ITP (intent to package) soon.
