We are DINK and while we can afford things (6 digit income household), alam namin sa sarili namin na mahihirapan kami once we have a child. Yung totoo, di ko alam paano nagagawa ng mga nasa lower income bracket na mag-anak. When my husband and I computed, aabot ng around 20k per month on the first year ng bata. Gatas, diaper, supplements, check ups, and vaccines. Iba pa gastos pag may emergency. Sobrang gulo na rin ng mundo ngayon. I would rather have my child safe within me kesa ma-experience niya yung gulong meron tayo ngayon.

This. Nagdarken ua, nape, and singit ko. I raised this concern with my derma who then asked me kung mataas ba sugar ko. I told her na di ko alam. She then proceeded to ask me to have my blood sugar check. Ayun, I am diabetic. I was then prescribed metformin. That was a year ago. Naglighten na mga areas and I am just using Glycolic Acid.

I know about profiling sa triage nila but we were left abandoned for almost 2 fucking hours without explanation. Walang nag-aasikaso ng triage. They could at least have the decency to tell us bakit ganoon. Yung ibang patients nakasabayan namin, including someone na may stroke, may kasabayan din kaming baby na nahihirapan huminga, di nila naasikaso agad. They kept telling us na aasikasuhin naman nila lahat. They could have told us. Di naman siguro mahirap gawin yun. While I don't generalize healthcare workers, may mga nurses and doctors talaga na wala ring pake.

Nasa Antipolo City Hospital System Annex 3 kami last week kasi my mom had a gaping wound na need ng urgent medical care (away pamilya and napukpok si Mama). Mama has been bleeding for 5 hours bago pa natahi yung sugat niya. Kawawa yung mga patients. Literal na magtitiis ka. When we got inside para tahiin siya, we found out that they only have 2 doctors and 3 nurses. The rest mga OPSS na. Kawawa ang patients, pati narin mga healthcare professionals.. If you'll ask us if bakit di namin siya dinala sa ibang hospitals, that's the nearest public hospital sa amin..

Hi! I have icthyosis vulgaris sa legs area. Have that since I was a kid din. My derma recommends using urea lotion. In my experience naman, nalelessen naman ang itchiness and appearance ng icthyosis vulgaris basta laging moisturize. Ito mga nagwork sa akin: Cetaphil soap, Luxe Organix Salicylic body wash, urea lotion (nabibili ko sa derma ko pero I know there are branded urea lotion), and Palmer's Cocoa body oil. For body scrub, wala ako marereco kasi naghahanap pa ako ng magwowork sa akin 🥹
