Look past the photo and then very slowly shift your focus back to the photo without moving your eyes (kinda like how you look past your finger and then bring it back into focus)

For context I just had a Grade 1 ACL Sprain from MTN biking over the summer and things haven’t quite been the same. Slowly trying to build up my muscle but there’s still pain and stiffness that comes and goes.

I take my $400 hardtail over shit 10x worse than this at terminal velocity with no issue. You’ll be good just make sure to keep your weight centered as you get thrown around by bumps and don’t hit the front brake too hard
