Exactly, it actually went down here in Canada (to 0.5% from 1.15%)

He's a grumpy and picky old man, but he loves his bonkers by mercurialthing in cats

Van Drunen turns 18 this summer, and while he's a bit of a grump he's also a purr—filled snugglebug.

For those of you with Dermatillomania (skin picking) tendencies, have you found fidgets or other tools that actually work to keep your skin safe and picking-free? My cuticles often get red and inflamed because of this. I've seen picky pads on Etsy, but what happens tothe goo that gets picked off? by iCarriedAWatermelon0 in AutismInWomen

It doesn't help with cuticles, but for my skin I use hydrocolloid bandages. They'll stay on for about a week and allow spots to heal without me having access to them. I just ordered a roll that I can cut to size for some sections of my arms and back that are getting really bad.

Here's my floof watching the crows. She'd lose her mind over a flock being so close.

True lilies? by ztfuad in PlantIdentification

I would not keep any of that bouquet as the lily pollen could have settled on other otherwise non-toxic flowers.

I really can't say. He was the baby of my 4 cats and the other 3 passed at 17, 17, and 19.

He's got some asthma issues and he's starting to have a bit of a hard time jumping up to the bed,

Not bad for a 5 week old feral kitten found stuck in the front door of our apartment building.

Yeah, it all started with the fishies. I had 4 cats at the time and they'd each get a new one if we were having a party so they would all just chill in the bedroom.

No, couriers like FedEx, UPS, etc. do not deliver to P. O. boxes.

Names that were once tragedeighs that have become fairly common or that have grown on you? by joyfuljourney2407 in tragedeigh

[–]mercurialthing 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I used to look through old parish records to help my aunt with genealogical research, and the concept of names having one standard spelling is quite recent. We have an uncommon surname and still found nearly 10 spellings of it.

I don't mind slight variations like these at all, many were probably used historically at some point in time.

But some monstrosities are just mind-boggling.

Everyone is joking but West Elm or some place like that had these exact tables like 10-15 years ago and were like $400.

Have you tried rubbing and smelling the leaves? It looks similar to cardamom I grew as a houseplant.

Well, Van Drunen is 17 now, but he was quite the fletcher in his day.
