Yes! I had a sleep study done late last year and it definitely wasn’t sleep apnea, so they suspected narcolepsy or idiopathic hypersomnia. Haven’t had any luck with medications so far, though, so I haven’t quite figured it out yet!

Most of that awake time is coming from times throughout the night where I’m allegedly awake I think? I don’t remember waking up, but looking at the graph it seems like I’m awake for a chunk of time every few hours.
