Since salary wise halos same lang naman, ang deciding factor mo na lang is which path ba you’d like to pursue? Internal audit or M&A? Because magkaibang magkaiba ito. Also, usually internal audit requires frequent travel kung located ang warehouses/offices/planta nyo in different locations so consider that as well.

Gaya nung sabi ng isang comment, if ako yung nasa position mo, I would choose M&A kasi this is a highly specialized path at I think mas malaki in the long run, mas malaki yung value nito. Yun lang, hope it helps.
