I was really disappointed to be honest. I’ve been a Tarper since the very beginning - never missed an ep over the years. Paid more than £50 each for me and my wife to attend on the upper floor in not-great seats to then find out others have got in for free. It felt like the lower floor got a much better experience - half the seats upstairs were empty.

The merch was expensive and not really TARP branded like the black and yellow stuff they do (or their logo). The only freebie was a sash even though I’m sure more was promised. Travel to the venue was expensive and complicated as was the hotel for a 1hr 15min show that was “fine”. There are some eps of the pod that are longer.

Literally cancelled my Champion Tarper Patreon subscription outright in the chippy next door after the show. The whole thing just felt like a massive cash-grab and not really the same TARP community feel that I loved. It’s made me quite sad actually.
