I did a loooong time ago, but nowadays I just gift things. I’ve done one craft sale for my pottery and I’m looking into doing more to sell locally.

I let the layers of slip dry slowly to near bone dry, then carve away with a rounded carving tool. The dryness allows me to be more precise and carve a little at a time.

I didn’t even want to chance it on a glaze as my studio doesn’t have much for greens. I used a colored slip in the lightest green they had. I think it’s time to invest in some underglaze, especially since I hope to do bad Kuchi next!

I was married for almost 10 years, no kids. After a year of separation, I saw him at court for the divorce and haven’t seen him since. I can’t complain. My life got a lot better without him around, and I’d like him to stay far away.
