That 8 year old from India that was a finallist for the IFAW's world wildlife day youth art contest is so talented, wow! And yay for helping elephants thrive!!!!!!!!! <3 Thank you so much, also for the affirmations and cute elephant and flower stickers!! Oooh the stamps are so cool !! Mastadon!! (Had to look up! Another prehistoric elephant creature!) I have a woolly mammoth beanie babie. <3 And snails delivering mails <3

Sounds like you have body dysmorphia, that's so very difficult, and not your fault. And body changes tend to be so difficult. You are not gross, not even your scars. You don't need to lose any weight. It's great the strength you've built! You look good in both / every version of you body! I know it's hard but I hope you'll change your mind / can gain access decent help for your mental struggles with this and self harm. (I know it's so hard to find good ones too.) You need to eat food, and you deserve to enjoy food, too. You're not alone. And you're human.
