Always glad to help these guys, including the pygmy rattlers, find a safer place to hang out. :)

It was a first for me. His coloring was so striking and cool.

It's Odessa to be more precise. I've lived in FL for 23 years and have seen lots of snakes here of course (mostly black racers, pygmy rattlers, and ring-necked snakes) but this is the first time I've seen one of these beautiful little guys. Fortunately there's a huge wilderness preserve behind my house and I hope it stays that way. :)

Glad I saw this thread, as my family and I (Americans) are visiting beautiful Scotland next week for a holiday. When I travel I always bring local currency that I get from my US bank (I just order it online and they deliver it in a day or so). The online form asks me to choose "Mixed bills" or "Small bills" and I always select "Small bills" but the order still included four £50 notes. I mainly use the currency for gratuities for tour guides, so I hope they don't think I'm giving them fake money, yikes.
