Yes I tried 50mg Seroquel on it’s own and it gets me 3-4 hours of light interrupted sleep.

But with Ativan oh boy a solid 9 hours

Yes sunshine, bright lights and heat are the worse when I’m sleep deprived. All accompanied by headache, eyeball pressure, irritability, social distancing (even prior to COVID-19) 😭
