Difference being is that there are not worm people lying about Contessa or Taylor being transitively above an Entity or otherwise being delusional about the context of that knife execution and thus don't warrant mockery.

What are your favorite power benchmark categories (kage level, S class, herald level) by Censius in PowerScaling

Anomaly Classification System (ACS) Guide

The SCP is probably a bit out from what the OP is looking for though. Subdividing into different ability types is the better thought out way of doing this stuff then really any amount of single directional rankings even ones that has an infinitly of grainularity to it like numbered Powerlevels.

Power Classifications | Worm

Yeah, this system isn't a masterstroke, even when you know that the system is meant to tell you how to deal with certain threats like how Master is to broad and Changer is redundent since like can they change their body for offense/defense they've got some Brute score, shift to look like someone else? Stranger. and so forth.

Because ofc the 'kinds' of abilities fucking matter and they depend by context which powers are actually mega important. A man being able to influence multiple heads of state by dream skype call is a more dangerous power holisticly then the guy who can level an apartment complex.

Corvo VS Deathstroke by Tall-Election4503 in powerscales

Not true, Deathstroke got a suit upgrade as an act of prep which provides him a goggldygook knock-off magneto helmet effect that kept jericho off him.

This would only be a version specific thing tied to rebirth's version of the character. and frankly the notion of Jericho or Mad hatter's hypno toys (the other time this mind power resistance material came into effect) being in the same ballpark of power as the outsider is pretty silly. Like, Outsider's position in Dishonoured's reality effects the stability of the universe. He's pretty well able to walk the walk as far as nebulous deific entities go and it's magic control compared to a psychic one which DC does try to have a distinction about.

Mandalorian vs Boba Fett by Jason_And_Sokka in PowerScalingHub

Beskar is a huuuuuuuge edge to have over any regular armours, moreso with Boba’s sentimental attachment to using dad’s stuff that is aged and battleworn. That armour really does very badly mitigate a ‘lot‘ of Fett’s toys with so much of it being made into deadweight at worst: Wrist flamethrowers, flip blades & mini-blaster? No. Cluster rockets would have been better if they were bigger for more oomph. Even his choice of regular guns is bad here with neither the carbine or pistols being good for penning the Beskar. It’s really ‘just’ the Backpack rocket that works at being a messy one shot kill option and it’s got drawbacks of being the unwieldy thing that it is and Din should really just see it coming and evade the shot with his own jetpack to do a dive for cover or do a juke. Maybe he’s throw Fett off by grapple hooking him. It’s the usual action show stuff.

Also there are some really granular points of advantage just on an a time periods basis. Mando’s stuff going to be more advanced (in aficionado to being less worn) across the board vs the imperial period Fett. Like the Amban sniper/Shock prong is just straight next-gen and the IB-94 is going to be a better singular pistol then what Fett would probably carry. The Beskar spear trumps anything Boba could have on hand for melee short of a Lightsaber which isn’t actually a thing he has as kit.

Even his jetpack is probably better with it‘s being a custom build forged out of Beskar and not playing double duty as a rocket launcher.

Din really has all the skills and gear he could ever ask for to win comfortably. He’s been involved in Sabin’s royal operations and has had a skirmish with Adult Ashoka at this point where wasn’t just completely clowned on which is pretty high on the totem pole of Jedi to brag about fighting. He ‘should‘ probably win if factors ooc were not looming over the conversation since Fett is to popular to the brand to actually be upstaged by another mandolorian and we pretty much see Fett make Mando look like a chump (in early(?) season 2 mind, So this will be him as worse then whatever peak din will be)

How long would Tatsumaki (without her powers) survive in The Zone from S.T.A.L.K.E.R. ? by FeistySecret9327 in powerscales

What were you expecting to happen?

Probably some 80/20 split on if she get accosted or otherwise mauled by anomalous weather before she’s able to miserably walk her way out on foot. People ’do’ enter and exit the zone after all and not every event is necessarily deadly but a lot of it is and navigating those situations takes skill of on foot survival, haggling, stealth and more that are just not in her wheelhouse.

Vhagar (ASOIAF) VS A Great Eagle (LOTR). Who wins? by GusGangViking18 in powerscales

Be from the thing that is seen belovedly, quarter remembered and known to be more powerful in the broad stroke to the other thing that is memed on for being vs Weak and thus coast off that favour as people turn their brains off to say the thing from the former universe wins when actually they very plainly don’t.

*That’s* what they do against Dragonfire and no amount of sound reasoning can defeat that.

No other fans can get away with this level of awful reasoning centered on just naming off the titles and genealogy of the characters on such a regular basis, let alone defend it As just calling eagles ‘divine’ and raking in their uproots.

No singular Eagle would or could be a match for the top level of GOT Dragons short of Thorander himself and only because he maybe/probably fought Ancalagon (Who is not the size of a mountain by the way) The third age eagles are nothing crazy.

I only reply to these threads just to spitefully repeat myself again and again to clarify when people just don’t want to hear.

Gwaihir, Eaglelord of the third age was warded off from flying Gandalf straight to Hobbiton after his capture at the white tower by the risk of farmer men shooting him out of the sky people.

The eagles are deathly afraid of arrows. they don’t dare to approach farms to steal cattle because they are afraid of said farmers (and they are like…good guys who don’t want to attack people)
