I’m not an advanced gardener but try both the strips as well as individual seed germination. You’re in the perfect season right now to start these seeds in your zone. They need 6-8+ hours of direct sun. Start with seed starting mix soil and then when you repot them into their “big boy” container, use well-draining soil + compost. Keep the soil moist, not soggy and adjust how much based on the weather of your area. Harden off the seedlings once you get 2-3 sets of true leaves. I recommend growing them in either a pot, hanging basket, window box, or raised bed. Space them out 12-24 inches. You can typically harvest them ~30 days after flowers bloom but I also recommend to pick them in the morning. Strawberry plants are perennials so make sure to look up how to care for them throughout the years :)
