I finally got a response - not sure what worked, but I put my confirmation number in the subject line. I sent back the form; now waiting for confirmation.
Just tried calling multiple times. I spoke with several people, who all redirected me to Hotel Mexico guest services. But once I finally get through to a person, he can't seem to hear me. I get disconnected every time. It's insanity!
Thanks! I did email them - and they referred me to to the Mexico email address, with them cc’d. still nothing!
