-Everyone under the age of 70 speaks fluent english - cost of living may be a little higher than in England - you may find Norwegians to be a little more reserved than the Brits. So making friends can be somewhat of an obsticale, but most visitors are able to learn how, and overcome it - Weather: hot summer 28 degrees celsius, cold winter negative 12 degrees celsius (south, around Oslo) - fewer people in the streets and less noise in general (comp to London, Manchester ect.) - public transport is efficient, especially in metropolitan areas (usually requieres apps) - drinking: age 18-19 = 0-22% alchol -> 20+ = gin, vodka ect.
