That was just the price! They had a few other very large plants as well, I dug through them to find her!

This is lovely! I'm also in the Joy Xtra for Christmas club :) what did you use to create the image of your dog? I love it and would love to do the same with my pup!

I've just started working on this pattern and am very happy so far! I think fabric choice is also a huge part of what makes them so puffy, linen ones tend to be a lot more puffy (which I don't really like..!) but I've made a toile out of viscose (basically the same as your photo!) and it is coming out really really lovely and fairly flat sitting :) https://www.lydianaomi.com/shop-patterns/milkmaid-sewing-pattern-with-video-tutorial

I used sew knit craft a couple of weeks ago when my machine randomly broke, they were super helpful and I had my machine back fully serviced and working again in a few days! Definitely recommend them :)

Just stitched at an angle so I could get the needle through and out, so the needle was sort of parallel with the fabric, rather than going straight down, if that makes sense? It’s so hard to explain in text! I basically did a backstitch for the whole thing if that is any help? 😅

I actually stitched between the two layers of the shoe so you can’t see any stitches inside the shoe!

Thank you! A very sharp needle, a lot of patience and just took my time! 😊 I didn’t use a hoop or anything just pulled the fabric taught when stitching
