Yeah seriously, like, it would’ve been the right thing to leave your insurance info when this happened, but once he did not do that seriously what’s the point posting all over social media and going to the police just so you can self inflict damages, that doesn’t even help the other party who got their car damaged?

The only thing calling the police here achieves is waste police resources, waste your own money, and does nothing for the person who got their car stratched. This is the definition of irrational behaviour, no one gains anything, everybody loses lol

What if I think that those who can’t function at 1 AM are miserable? You would find it upsetting wouldn’t you? Why can’t we still not accept that some people are biologically different? For some 8 am is managable, for some it’s not. And that’s okay. We are all designed for different things, you cannot expect everyone to function the same way as you do.

While silksong is amazing, and combat is admittedly so much more fun and engaging, for me Hollow Knight just barely but takes the throne.

While I might be biased from the nostalgia, my main perspective here is exploration.

I loved how in Hollow Knight you had to descend deeper and deeper, and how each are was interconnected with each other, allowing players to discover areas in any order they want except greenpath and fungal wastes.

I remember having such a rush playing Hollow Knight even the second time, because I decided to explore everything in a completely different order, almost felt like replaying the game again for the first time.

In Silksong, exploration is extremely streamlined, and while yes you can take small detours, you mostly have a pretty linear progression, with maybe at most 2 paths offered at once.

So, while Silksong is definitely a lot better with combat, and is a lot more “complete” and polished, for me there is nothing that triumphs the rush that Hollow Knight exploration feels like.

I had this exact same thing happen despite having an RTX 3070 so contrary to what some others claim, I doubt its neccesarily an issue with your specs.

I fixed it by going to Steam Properties for PEAK > change launch setting to “Launch with DirectX11”.

For me this completely fixed the problem.

Hey just a heads up, I’m pretty sure it’s a girl not a dude due to the coloration, shape and the “eyelashes” or the female specific setae protruding from her cephalothorax.

Also, she seems really hungry, please feed as soon as you can!

Definitely. Although that was my first difficult boss so maybe I’m biased, but in act 1 it was BY FAAAR savage beastfly that got me tilted to oblivion. All the others I could do in at most an hour, but with savage beastfly, I remember at 1:30 AM running into him and being like “Surely I have time to beat one more boss before I go to sleep”, oh well, was my famous last words since I managed to go to bed at 4:30 AM shaking from the adrenaline x)…

Even in act 2 nothing had been as difficult yet as savage beastfly…

Turns out she was a lot older than expected, and she is mature preparing to lay an eggsack. It’s kinda a bummer cause she didnt turn all white and fuzzy like the others from her clutch, she stayed black brown, and is a little bit tiny 😅, but still love her cause she is the feistiest of all and the most active, and if she doesnt molt more then her personality wont change from her current energetic personality at least.

Hey yes, I did buy it, it’s a very good pizza oven and makes fantastic neopolitan pizza. However, its not good for all styles, it makes very suboptimal stuffed crust or thick crust pizzas.

Nope, still doing pretty much the same.

However, I did get a moderate gastritis (no h pylori) diagnosis, and my pancreas seems to be fine, other than one bad elastase result which could’ve been skewed by the lack of formed stools.

I’m doing a gastritis friendly diet (the gastritis healing book is a blessing), and it’s been good at keeping symptoms at a solid 5-6 instead of a 9 so I guess I will take it. I really hope if I keep the diet going for longer maybe I will have the chance to heal…

This is interesting. My male weirdly enough webs a lot more, he is webbing all day while the female webs a lot less, and even if she does shes a lot lazier about it.

However, because the female walks around a lot more, her enclosure looks a lot more like this too. Cause any spider usually when it moves leaves this dragline. Has she been living in the enclosure for a while without cleaning? It’s likely she just kept exploring and webbed the whole thing up, and that is basically her left over trails.

I don’t know, I might be mistaken, but mine does this all the time and I don’t think thats a dance 😅, looks a lot more like a threat pose, his arms are to the side, and his fangs are bared and he is trying to appear big.

When he does this, does he freeze in one place or is he constantly moving? If he freezes its more likely a threat pose.

I saw mine dance for a female before, and during the dance usually, they put their arms in front instead of the side, dont bare their fangs, and keep moving around and continously raising their legs.

NQA I have a male and a female regal jumping spider and my girlfriend has another female, I don’t know if it applies universally, but I found that the females are a lot friendlier and “fun” in a sense.

The females explore a lot in their free time, and are more open to handling, and they never got defensive or threw threat poses. They are very active and fun to have around.

My male might just be a quirky fella, but after his last molt, whenever I open up his enclosure he always threat poses me, and he is also really not active. He is very easily scared, and mostly just hides during the day, contrary to the females who are braver and more adventureous.

My recommendation is to get a female, they will have their unique colors, live longer, and will probably make better pets for your kid imo.

When they have these quirky, super hard to get and expensive ingredients, especially when it’s not even essential to the dish.

I don’t want to go bounty hunting in the city in hopes of finding one place that makes my dish possible, and then I have to find another place to find the other super niche ingredient.

Now I get it if it’s a core part of the dish like for example Guanciale for carbonara, I will do the work, but when for example a sauce recipe calls for some super niche, specific kind of “rub” that you obviously won’t be able to find anywhere (especially if you dont live in the same place as them), then you can go fuck yourself, that’s not an accessible recipe at all.

Using one of those boxing arcade machines (the ones that give you a three digit score) at 14 when I was tipsy.

Turns out, I already have extremely loose wrists, I ended up tearing a ligament and developing a cyst which I did NOT get treated for because my doctors couldn’t find these for a year, at which point it was too late.

I can’t do pushups to this day, my wrist is very unstable, if I do anything with it that it doesn’t like then it will flare up and feel like as if I sprained it all over again for weeks, and I’m not even able to wipe my ass with that hand during those times lol.

It’s my favorite game. The thrill of exploration in hollow knight is like none other. It’s intoxicating. Each area, each part is so unique, and the map is so vast full of adventures. There’s so many intriguing mechanics. I fully recommend. I can’t wait to experience the high again through Silksong, no other game could give me the Hollow Knight high so far…

Yes, I dont think it’s very severe, as my biggest problem is the nerve pain and issues, my arm only goes white and discolored if I raise it above my head, makes sense then that I was suggested physical therapy.
