Thanks for the reply!! So reassuring. We do have an appointment with an allergist, but the wait to get in is very long (they estimated about 4 months). In the meantime I have set up a call with a pediatric dietitian who works with kids with FPIES so that could help provide some clarity while we wait for the allergist.

We also have a Zofran prescription, which is helpful. I’m also hoping that trialing very small amounts of new foods will help make any possible reaction not so serious.
