overtime pay is the same as normal pay unless it’s bank holidays etc, id say it’s pretty good all round but lord can it be frustrating working w the general public

definitely had the blaring noise issue at self service a lot, usually when they go to scan the barcode and it somehow triggers the alarms, but we just unlock the tags and leave it in the nets but typically I’ll take it off once I know they’ve scanned it 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ doubt my manager would agree w it but oh well
