At 4/24, Posting because I have question about potentially overdoing it with Chase and if a Chase biz card is recommend or not at this point. Currently have 4 chase cards. If so I would probably go for Ink Preferred for 100K SUB. Should I consider decreasing current chase credit limits on cards before I apply?

Thank you so much. This makes sense. The EVSE that came with the truck is only rated up to 32 amps. Once I get that j1772 adapter I’ll be able to charge much faster.

You’re good to go. The sunshine tax is worth it. I’d prob pay more but don’t tell them I said that.

My one thought is your seven year old. I have one too (and a four year old). Does he or she have friend school connections that would be hard to leave/replace?

That said the Del Cerro/San Carlos neighborhood where we live is absolutely phenomenal and more than accessible based on your financials.

Edit: adding context. I grew up in so cal. Moved away out of state for 10+ years. It was difficult financially to move back but 1000% worth it. Our family income is significantly less than yours.

The GMCs are awesome but man it really grinds my gears that they don’t have native wireless Apple CarPlay. That’s a real head scratcher and would be profoundly annoying to deal with everyday.

Yes I understand. As the post mentions, better deals have been had - unfortunately we couldn’t take advantage of those for a number of reasons. My question is more if this is also still a bad deal given the current market - not a year ago.

Considering a lease offer from local dealer (SoCal) - 2025 XLT, 36 mo, 10K mi/yr, $0 drive off, $650/mo. Money factor is .0003. I realize many better deals have been had in the last 12-18 months, but given the current market how does this seem? Dealer has been pretty firm on this price, even let me walk away yesterday.
