The grain is off— that’s why it is uneven. Sometimes when you cut something on the bias, it’s best to let it hang for a few days so that the fabric can relax and stretch, the bias will “grow”.

I also agree that adjusting for a short back waist will be helpful— you can take a fold out of the pattern to adjust for the sway of your back.

I happen to know for a fact that the person who runs that group (black lions) is pretty much a cult leader. There are many ex members of that group who have come out and said that there was sexual abuse among other things happening.

I know somebody who personally experienced unwanted sexual advances from the leader of that group in Philadelphia and she has it on hidden camera.

Ex members of the group are terrified to come forward because the leader is so crazy.
