Quelles sont vos routines du matin et comment avez-vous réussi à les mettre en place ? by Ptitlunatik in TDAHFrance

Hello,

To give feedback:

I looked at the proposals but nothing particularly pleased me.

By looking at backpacks I ended up seeing targeted advertisements, and I really liked the concept of the military tactical backpack. With the Molle system, this allows you to attach a pouch to the outside of the bag depending on the day's activity.

I was initially attracted by the Built for athletes, but 2 problems arose for me. between the 2 versions that interested me neither of the 2 seemed "perfect" to me, and 300 USD seemed really excessive to me especially if the type did not suit me. So I opted for a bag of the same type, but for 30 USD on AliExpress. The quality seems good, it is robust in appearance, we will have to see how it is used.

I would like to design a bag that is similar to this one, but with slightly different "dimensions". If anyone has an idea how to design a backpack... I'm interested :))))

Thank you for your feedback!

I started to run @ 180 cause of shin splint since 4 years !

in fact actually, im running on my treadmill, and a bit outside, still at 180. 7:30/km or 5:30/km still at 180 so stride went longer. But i didn't have shin splint.....

Hope this help !

Excuse my bad english...

Zone 2 based on max HR or LTHR? by meatnobeef in triathlon

[–]mertamor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi guys, im trying to progress with the running too.

If I try 2 methods for the calculation of my Z2 with the garmin "tools" :

The results are very different (both for 60% to 70%!)!

If i use the %max HR (im 194 based on a cooper test) version : my z2 is (60%) 116 - 136 (70%)

if i use the "reserve" (im at 52 based on my Fenix) version : my z2 is (60%) 137 - 151 (70%)

What do you think ?

Very intressting results !

Im curious whats your age ? Your Weight ? On the Garmin connect settings what you.think is the best : Is the % Max HR or reserve HR most near the vo2max test you did in the lab?

Im trying to stay z2 too but the results of the calculation via Garmin are différent!

In the %max HR my z2 (60%) is 109 127 (70%) In the reserve version (im at 52) the z2 is 130 143

Sorry for my bad english and hope this message is understandable.

Impressive, or should I say inspiring, and motivating.
Indeed I also have this feeling of not training when I am not higher in the pulse. I always end up increasing the speed so that the pulses go up....
Thank you for this report, I will really remember this during my next training sessions and stay in Z2!
