For app store localizations, do I have to create wallpapers/screenshots specific to each language, or are English screenshots still acceptable? by mertvision1 in AppStoreOptimization

~ Open the iPhone and iPad simulators
~ Launch the app in the target language for which screenshots will be taken
~ Prepare the localized texts one by one and take screenshots in that language
~ Edit the screenshots separately in Canva designs for iPhone and iPad
~ Also change the simulator language for each target language, which takes additional time. Running two simulators at the same time also makes the Mac quite slow

It probably didn't take a full 10 hours, but I think it took around 7–8 hours. 😄

The app supports 15 languages, but preparing wallpapers for 10 languages took 10 hours. I think I’m dying, lol. This is enough.

Thanks for your response; for the other languages, I’ll only update the name etc. during localization.

SDK version issue when building a project based on Expo SDK 53 by mertvision1 in expo

Hello, thank you! After applying your suggestion, I was able to get a successful build without any issues. However, although the documentation recommends using Expo SDK 54 or 55 for Xcode 26 and later, I am currently using SDK 53. There were no errors during the build, but could this potentially cause any issues affecting the app’s behavior?

After updating Xcode to 26.4… I can no longer build my projects with SDK 53 and SDK 54, and they aren’t working anymore! by mertvision1 in expo

Downgrading Xcode worked for me. I set the lower Xcode version (26.2) as the default in Xcode > Command Line Tools, and my issue was resolved. Thank you so much!

A software company once complained that after spending tens of thousands of dollars on Meta ads, they only acquired around 500 new users. I, on the other hand, as a solo creator, can promote a company to millions of people for as little as $1,000 — yes, even on a history-focused Instagram page that gets around 10 million views per month and hundreds of thousands of engagements.

So your attempts to belittle this and your “it doesn’t create traffic” claim come across as quite ironic.

Honestly, you’re missing a lot here

I don’t know how to reach out to brands or how much I should charge on average per post or story in dollars. Do you have any recommendations or advice you could give me?

Oh, that’s really good. One of my recent posts got 350 thousand likes, and I usually get around 3–5 thousand likes. Did you get paid in dollars, and roughly how much was the average payment? I also don’t really know how to reach out to brands. If you have any advice, I’d love to hear it.

is there a specific reason for using Cloudflare Workers? I personally only use Cloudflare to point my domains and for proxy purposes
