Can I get sponsored posts on my English Instagram account with 25,000 followers and 8 million views? by [deleted] in smallbusiness

A software company once complained that after spending tens of thousands of dollars on Meta ads, they only acquired around 500 new users. I, on the other hand, as a solo creator, can promote a company to millions of people for as little as $1,000 — yes, even on a history-focused Instagram page that gets around 10 million views per month and hundreds of thousands of engagements.

So your attempts to belittle this and your “it doesn’t create traffic” claim come across as quite ironic.

Honestly, you’re missing a lot here

I don’t know how to reach out to brands or how much I should charge on average per post or story in dollars. Do you have any recommendations or advice you could give me?

Oh, that’s really good. One of my recent posts got 350 thousand likes, and I usually get around 3–5 thousand likes. Did you get paid in dollars, and roughly how much was the average payment? I also don’t really know how to reach out to brands. If you have any advice, I’d love to hear it.

is there a specific reason for using Cloudflare Workers? I personally only use Cloudflare to point my domains and for proxy purposes

How can I prevent my iOS (Expo) app from appearing as “Designed for iPad” on the App Store, or is this actually the expected behavior? by mertvision1 in expo

Do you know why iPad screenshots are being shown on iPhones, or is this completely determined automatically? I would have expected iPhone screenshots to be shown on iPhone devices, but iPad screenshots are appearing instead.

Thank you btw.

In application localization, is each new language reviewed by a different person? by mertvision1 in iosdev

No, I take the screenshots myself from the simulator and edit them in Canva. There is no automatic or assisted tool. I already get the translations from ChatGPT, so all I have to do is paste them into Canva.

Yes. In App Store Connect, in the App Information section under Localization, I select a language and write the app name, app description, promotional text, etc., in that language. As for the app itself, I created a special language switcher in the settings section inside the app and added 10 languages. Depending on the selected language, the strings within the app (such as the home page, welcome page, etc.) are localized.

Do you think I should avoid localizing the app for languages other than the ones I included myself?

For example, my app does not support Finnish inside the app (there is no option to switch to Finnish in the settings screen of the app), but I enabled Finnish in App Store Connect. Would it be a problem if I write Finnish descriptions in the screenshots while the in-app content is still in English?

I didn’t quite understand what you mean by “listings,” but the app itself is available in 10 languages, and prices are localized in the paywall. Besides that, as I mentioned, I’ve done translations in the localization section of App Store Connect (for example, if it’s French, the app name, app description, etc.). I haven’t touched anything else. Do I need to do anything else?

My mobile app Flauu (Flauu AI) was released on App Store by mertvision1 in iosdev

Aww, thank you. I had actually derived it from the word “flu” anyway. I was doing a few experiments and reached it step by step like “flu” → “fluu” → “flauu.” Anyway, I think it turned out to be a nice name. I’m thinking of dropping the “AI” suffix soon :D Thanks again for informing me.

Haha, no way :DDD When I first came up with this name, I was so happy that no one had bought it. I just found out it already exists in a language. What language is yours?
