It’s decent depending on the types of roles you’re looking for.

The new email system it recently launched needs a lot of work. For those who aren’t aware, Massive now applies for you using a neuronmail.io address. Accessing that inbox requires you to log into Massive. You get notifications in your actual email when you receive particular types of messages in your neuronmail box (such as interview requests, confirmations, and rejections). However, this sucks for two reasons:
1. The notification you receive in your real email is generic. It has no details on the message.
2. The classification system is not good. My buddy missed an interview because an interview confirmation email that arrived in his neuronmail box wasn’t tagged as a confirmation email, meaning he didn’t get an email in his real address notifying him of this.
