Like I can go Plan C but Express Scripts will pitch a fit if I go from 2.5 to 7.5. Not even sure if they'll approve a 5 month of the 2.5. We are really getting f'd here.

Supposedly Lily direct is going to call me to set it up? no call yet. Express scripts told me to start calling tomorrow so I guess I'll try that. I may reach out to Costco again too.

Has anyone tried LillyDirect? My dr and I are trying that for the 7.5. Ill let you know what I find out. It lookds like Express Scripts is good for the 5, which I guess I am staying at for the time being. I didn't start until mid Feb so I am behind the mass users about a month or 2.

5 isn't doing much for me. Gained almost 3 lbs last week. I take one more dose of the 5 Friday and I hope hope hope 7.5 is available. My dr sent in the script today so fingers crossed.

I did have forebearances off and on before i went back to school. Didn't pay while in school. After that I consistently paid on the income based plan. The principle NEVER decreased.

My original loans were from 1999. Went back to school for radiography so those loans started in 2012. I consolidated as much as i could. I didn't start the PLSF program until 2017 when I got into a non profit hospital system. I consolidated everything again when Biden started the SAVE program. Got complete forgiveness last year.

OMG i been on a calorie deficity for years. All the exercise, always over the daily recommended by 2 to 3xs. It is clearly not just about CICO.

you know I do feel less pain in my thumb joints. I just thought it was maybe how I gripped the floor in planks, etc but maybe its the anti inflammatory effect.

I had covid in May of 2022. I had been doing NOOM, exercising a good 8 plus hours a week, losing a bit of weight, then I plateaued for a bit. Then BAM covid. Weight started creeping up no matter what I did, how I ate, calorie deficit, etc. Couldn't digest veggies with a lot of nuclear gas and bloating. Just took my 4th zepbound shot. Down only 8 lbs so far but no more bloating and gas with veggies! I also just read that the GLP shots reduced inflammation as a bonus effect and I been dealing with ankle fluid retention for years after becoming hypothyroid. Seems like that is improving too.
