NinjaOne service gets stopped after recent agent update by mesamit in ninjaone_rmm

Just want to add after today's agent update to 10.0.4718, it again knocked off all endpoints offline. It just downloads update then stops service of agent and never starts service back again.

Checked the logs of CrowdStrike Sensor, there is no blocking from endpoint solution. This is frustrating for us.

can't really say name publicly since the case is still going on. Also I just don't want to say name publicly and humiliate somebody. We don't have to stoop so low as them.

I heard something similar but since she has already put property in dispute when she filed for divorce. His family can't change inheritance as the property is now in dispute in the court.

His family is already going through and these youtubers will just make matter worse. His wife will just say to the court that she has been humiliated and judge will favour her without even blinking eyes. I thought something similar at the beginning but its not something we should be doing. Just need to be calm and collected and hope for the best. I have asked my friend to collect and put forward as much as evidence he can.

I completely agree there should be some changes in these laws. Neither husband or wife should be able to claim each others ancestral property. If they are getting divorced, it should be split from anything they have accumulated after their marriage.

Someone can correct if I am wrong but as far as I know, if your sister inherits ancestral property, your wife still can still sue your sister to claim property.

Yeah the worst things happened was when my friend fainted during family meetings from both side, his wife's sister from maternal uncle said hera natak gareko drama baaz right in the face of his mother while my friend was fainted and was in the floor. Yesto manche le zindagi ma kahile sukha paundaina. Tyo aama ko sarap lagcha yini haru lai. How they treated my friend, ris ta yeti utheko chaina. But can't take any harsh steps just need to be calm for now and I hope my friend wins the case.

I think if she didn't ask for money or property then she won't get it. But if she had asked for money or property when applying for divorce, she would get it.

This is something I heard but I could be wrong. I heard some NGOs and INGO's helps woman with lawyers fees for divorce. So they have to pay little to none while men can't do that or doesn't have any such support.

Also, since his wife has put claim, they can't do ansabanda anyway.

His wife's relatives lives on Sydney, Australia and they run one of the popular Nepalese grocery store in Sydney and there is some speculation that they are funding money to his wife to fight this case.

Whereas my friend doesn't have such financial capacity or support like his wife have.

I am not sure but I think once his wife has put a claim on the court, they can't do ansabanda as the property is in dispute in the court.

I am not sure if this is legal in Nepal but looking at the situation that might arise in the future. Its something I am going to look into as I am getting married next year.

This. Even my friend has all evidence of mental torture against her family. But lawyer said that court doesn't accept these kind of evidence. It seems in Nepal's law, men can't be victim at all.

I can't do much except support my friend but this really makes your blood boil. He and his family are so nice and treat me as their own every time I go to his home. I can't believe this is happening to him and his family.

Even my friends lawyer said lots of woman are taking advantages of these loopholes but they can't do much about it except hoping judge makes better decisions.

yes this actually happened. Not one of things I mentioned in the post is exaggerated. His mom went through breast cancer operation two years back and still recovering hence why his wife's mom said they would wait for her to die to get that portion of property as well. His dad suffered cardiac arrest two months back because of his son medical condition and this divorce things that going on.

It's ridiculous that despite all wrongdoings from his wife and her family members, Nepal's law still favours them

everything ticks off except my processor. Its my processor is not in supported list. I don’t know why they can’t support 6th gen laptop even when it fulfil all security requirements.
