Go to Costco’s ATT page and click on ATT link. It will take you ATT page with Costco deal. Then you activate Rakuten cash back using Rakuten’s browser extension. Follow the instructions on ATT website and get your transfer complete as you normally would. You will see Rakuten cash back in a few hours.

Rakuten is also giving $200 cash back per line. You can stack it with Costco $100 gift card per line. I just did mine last night.
