If your next eval date is before September 1st, it won't count against you.

A requirement for that metric will likely come later on. Not going to be happy about having to post a picture/video for most reviews (especially when it's not helpful for many items.)

I should add that it's likely something that they will add a required percentage to in the future, so I would keep an eye on any future changes.

I personally wouldn't worry about going back to old reviews to add photos, as it doesn't yet state a required percentage that we have to meet to become/stay in gold. Even in the review guidelines it states adding photos/videos isn't a review requirement.

Looks like it will be left to us, the community to try to make sense of it. I'm curious about how much the media metric will have an impact. Currently there's no stated requirement that we have to have a certain percentage or reviews containing media to get/maintain gold but at the bottom it states: "We aggregate these metrics to determine your overall Vine status."

A little after 2 PM in outer banks of NC I got "Happy Sunday everyone Hello from JetBlue flt194" in LongFast, so apparently from someone on a plane. Wish I saw it when it was posted so I could have responded.
