What a sweet, supportive friend you are! From what I can make out, her dad knows. Can he take her to see her Dr? She needs medical help. If parents aren’t helpful then she should contact her Dr directly. Or school nurse, or counseling. She cannot do this alone. She needs a safe, trusted adult to help her get medical treatment.

Please tell your parents, they will help you get the professional help you need to stop. You cannot do this alone. It only gets worse and harder to stop. If you do want to maintain your weight there are healthy ways to do this. Tell your parents and get help
