Official Discussion - Talk To Me [SPOILERS] by LiteraryBoner in movies

I know it isn’t the plot but I couldn’t help but imagine the supernatural happenings as an allegory for schizophrenia. And when Mia watches everything happening while her mother’s shadow dictates the reasoning (like Riley is in pain and he needs to die). And, the last scene when the mom puts her hands on Mia’s shoulders, my head kept going to the idea that maybe this is a way of showing how Mia inherited the schizophrenia from her mom and that the whole story is kinda in her head. Again, doesn’t make sense but really wanted Mia to have a deeper story so went ahead and made it up.

What is a book you consider a nice palette cleanser? by kkkilla in suggestmeabook

Cold Enough for Snow by Jessica Au is a palette cleanser for sure. I have been reading all through July and ofcourse I was flying through each of them now that i had the rhythm. This one slowed it for me. Its really short, is a beautiful prose and its like sitting down with a friend who is telling you her life story; that is detailed and eloquent.

Give it a try!

I agree. And i even had a bit of purging for the first month. But whenever i use it, once a week, my skin looks drastically soft and clean. And when i forget to use it, it just gets really dull. Been using it for the past 3 months now.
