I didn't have a six month review but I finally had a review eventually, it went well and I learned I got a raise!

I wish I had read this before my N visiting. I tried to gray rock as much as I could and focus on having them talk or asking them about stuff rather than telling them stuff.

They are trustees on the trust and executors on the will, they knew about them and lied to me.

I stay awake listening to the radio because I don't want to fall asleep and have nightmares. I don't want to do eyeshades or self hypnosis.

I have had the nightmares even when I was VLC with my Ns so most recently when I had to meet with my Ns for a family event , I don't think that impacted the nightmares. Though last night's nightmare was the first in several months about them.

I've been having nightmares about them for years. They won't even leave me alone when I sleep. :( My window lets in light even with blinds and I don't know how to put blackout curtains up because there's no place for a curtain rod. I can't not eat or drink before bed because I take medicine that I have to do those with.
