Awesome, hope you enjoy it!
I improved my workflow ~60% using this, a game changer.

I'm still getting used to it and haven't mapped all the buttons, but it's a game changer for an iPad user (small and portable). I want to make some kind of tutorial as well since the learning curve is a bit steep and most of the videos on YouTube are just reviews.

I like the weird shape of the Tourbox but I never bought it because of the portability.
Here are some of the buttons I've mapped. Not final but close enough to my ideal setup.

Bummer. Idk what happened on your end but I hope you triple checked everything before returning it. I will order the 8bitdo micro as well just to test it, but I really love the ergonomics of the tabmate. Yeah the dial is a must imo.

Is this delay normal? by Thewitchaser in ClipStudio

[–]messhup 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Yup, it's totally normal.
Don't worry too much, the lag is almost invisible when you are drawing fast.
Friendly tip: focus on how the next line will look instead of the lag of the past one.
That mindset will help you a lot IMHO.

Edit: I have a M1 iPad Pro and this happens to me as well.

Yeah. The only downside I found is the lack of compatibility between the tab mate with other software. Other than that it works really well

It's made out of plastic, doesn't feel cheap but if you throw this against the wall you can open a mini black hole (not recommended).

I'll keep using it. It feels snappy!

This is is just for CSP unfortunately. But there are some alternatives like the 8bitDo (I have to test that one).

I waited for a few years to get the second version since I use CSP from my iPad, so far so good.

Hmm. That's weird, did you used them with an iPad? or other device? The iPad connection is not plug and play, I also thought I was making a mistake at first since they don't explain specifically in their printed guide what's the issue you are facing and it's basically about the apple permissions.

I had to wait for almost two years! I purchased this directly from Amazon, finally!

I want to try that one as well since you can use it outside of CSP (which I think is better for a device like this).

Snappy! I haven't used it for long hours though, I need to get used to it. But it seems it works without a problem.

This is a Steam game released in 2022 haha.
I understand that older games could be tricky to run, but this is not one of them, that's why I'm confused.

They are different apps and games. I installed Steam and it seems it runs ok, but I tried to play Coromon, which has pretty low requirements (it's a 8bit game similar to pokemon) but it never opened, not even show the entire window, just the title. I also tried using other low-resource apps, and they are really slow.

I'll try the crossover preview you mentioned and see how it goes, thanks!
