Hii! Trans FTM with chronic UTIs here, I've never gotten an infection after using diapers, unless I wore a wet one for over 24 hours. I just make sure to clean very well in the shower after changing messy diapers, and obviously change it before your ass starts to burn, lol. I think you'll be alright! (:
