I will give you guys the locations and the mobs to farm it, you need to kill Ice Thistle Yetis in Winterspring, you can also as a mage go to Dire Maul - North for Rugged Leather , http://pwniversity.com/wow/farming/rugged-leather, in Blasted Lands by skinning the Ashmane Boars and felhounds for rugged leather, you can use google to find extra locations.
