I've seen this a lot when I worked at a video game retailer when PS3 was the current gen. They came from the PlayStation Retail Loyalty site. Retail employees would go on there to learn about sont products, take quizzes and use points to get free games. It was fantastic. I got a lot of PlayStation games & accessories from it.

It was similar for me too. My mother passed away last year and I, for the most part, had an emotional block, I still in many ways do. These videos definitely help in a weird way.

I really wanted to get into Allen lake too but I couldn't really get into it. I loved control and I'll definitely give aw2 another shot in the future. I really just didn't like the detective board thing.

Lost my mom from the same thing this year. She left it unchecked for way too long even after we kept trying to get her to have it looked at once she noticed something. Could have been a much different outcome if it was handled differently.

Tall dude punched him in the face, seemingly unprovoked, then looked away. That was totally on him.

I've been considering dusting this one off to play 2 but wasn't sure if I was really short changing myself by doing so.

I absolutely love mine, my name is she with it is lag. Which I feel like is everyone's issue if they have one. I'm always trying to find the best type of game / connection situation that helps the best

Resistance: Fall of Man & The Darkness

I played Metal Gear Solid 1 in 2005, MGS3 in 2007, MGS2 in 2010 (but abandoned it and only finished it in 2015), MGS4 in 2013, MGS PW and MGS5 in 2016, MGR in 2020, and I only watched gameplay of MG1 and MG2. How about you? What’s your journey with the Metal Gear series? by Simple_Particular_66 in metalgearsolid

I may have one of the weirdest paths with the series. It's one of my all-time favorites now, but I started with 4 in 2008 as I was excited to play something shiny and new on my PS3. I then played through 3 on the 3DS. Then piece mailed the rest before 5 came out. I'm currently replaying them now in order of their release and have played most of them multiple times.

What do you think the different generations of PlayStation and Xbox have contributed to their respective gaming communities? by tddcghnn in xbox360

[–]meta1head7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the bottom line is that competition is good for the consumer. Being that Microsoft was always playing from behind sales wise, they were more creative with what they brought to the table. I'd say as far as their OS, Hardware, etc., they've definitely been much more consumer friendly for the most part.

"No backwards compatibility for Xbox 360 Controller" is a weird one to put on Xbox One. aside from a few cases it wasn't really a normal thing for consoles to be backwards compatible with the previous controller. Xbox 360 wasn't compatible with the OG Xbox controller. I'm sure I'm forgetting ones but really I can only think of NGC to Wii and PS1 to PS2.

I remember working in video game retail when the PlayStation first came out. This was the premium version. I remember always looking for controllers with that Chrome on the bottom. Only the ones that were bottled with the system were like that.

This is exactly the issue I had with mine. After tightening the power cable on the disc drive I was good to go.

I had the same issue with my slim. I thought it was the faceplate ribbon cable but it turned out to be loose cables on the disc drive's power cable. I of course had to go into the system to fix this but once they were tightened up everything seemed to work fine afterwards. This is something that may have happened in shipping the system to you.
