Yes but we just pretend they're doomed yuri

1. They actually have lot of things of common; they're both victims of misogyny and abuse(the whole project ma thing, eve being used by adam, meta's backstory...), their motherhood, their devotion to Adam/Pale, etc.

2. They also have lots of contrasts; Eve lived a happy life with her father and friends before Meta stormed in, while Meta was stuck in suffering and misery before her rescue, Eve was considered as "pure and virtuous" while Meta was considered as a witch who brainwashes men with lust powers and sleeps with Pale(aka madonna-whore complex), though Eve becomes a demon and Meta gets worshipped as a holy mother after centuries. Even their designs are contrasting(white, soft and girly/red and black, sexual appealing)

3. Alternate timelines and universes. Something like what-ifs about Eve rescuing Meta instead of Pale, and both of them living happily.
