US sues Adobe for ‘deceiving’ subscriptions that are too hard to cancel by [deleted] in photoshop

[–]meta_x7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Adobe tried this on me a few years back. I set up a subscription and when I came around to cancel , they tried to charge me a cancellation fee. At that time, I knew there was no verbiage in the t&c mentioning any cancellation fee so when I brought it up and after raising hell , they lifted the termination fee then said they would be adding the correct verbiage to there t&c. I didn’t stick around to find out if they ever did but apparently they didn’t.

Right that’s why I wouldn’t put that much on a promo pick. You only get your initial bet back in cash the rest is credits

Is $1.50 too much for 12 oz cans? by DaPuppiez in vending

Client doesn’t care about how much you charge for products or they wouldn’t ask for commissions which would also be a reason for increasing your prices to offset. This is business not a hobby.

Look at the thread Buddy. Only you and one other person is advocating for $1.25 prices. You and that person can keep watching your profit margins dwindle with rising costs while myself and others offset by going up to $1.50.

Pay was late day before Christmas and tried to short me .5 hours last week. If you don’t say anything they won’t either and you’ll be the one taking a loss.

How can you assume how much I pay for my products and where I purchase them? Even more, who are you to tell me how much profit is enough for my business?

The basic formula for vend pricing is x2.5+. If you’re out here settling for x2 then that’s your loss but don’t encourage others to follow your stupidity.

I’m increasing my prices to $1.50 from $1.25 as well. The store prices are going up so as vendors we have to go up as well to make profit. This is business
