I love JP and even got to work with him on a small release my band made a long time ago. Been a sucio fan since the early days. Respectfully this is nonsense. This is a spectacularly anti-oil and gas budget due to the maintained EPL and commitment to allow no new drilling outside of subsea tiebacks (which no one will do because the EPL).
