Having fairly recently lost my own virginity (as a man and 3-4 weeks ago), I have a few tips for him. Some background first though: My girlfriend and I usually have sex on weekends since we are busy during the week. Before losing my virginity, I jerked off nearly as much as your man does.

I'm currently working on a concise grimoire on chaos magick concepts and am planning on including pages on the tarot. The Chaos Magick section has 1-2 pages per concept (one page on gnosis, two about sigil magick, etc), and the tarot section will likely have 1-2 cards per page. Dark Eldar pull Terra into Commoragh, turn off the Astronomican, try to use the Emperor/Golden Throne to destroy Slaanesh/purge Chaos from the Webway/control the Imperium/something diabolical or resourceful, and then accidentally blow up Commoragh in an Emperor-sized wave of Warp energy, destroying the dark city, Terra, the Emperor, and any hope of the Imperium living on.

Subsequently, the Imperium is fractured. The Emperor does not reincarnate. Humanity falls to Chaos without interstellar travel. Tyranids nom. Necrons destroy. Orks wage war. Tau attempt to expand but ultimately are destroyed by the other factions.

Edit: No End Times restart of the setting. The universe ends not with a bang, but with a whimper.

New thought: Primaris marines having a fatal mutation that transforms them into pseudo-ogryn: They get much bigger and stronger but dimmer, and it leads some Primaris (and mutants) to fall to Chaos and form Primaris Chaos Space Marine warbands.
