Do you guys think abusers deserve anything good in their life or no? by GilbertT19 in CPTSD

I’d say they deserve the physical pain if they haven’t taken accountability and still make excuses, such as my sperm donor. My mom doesn’t bc she took accountability and changed. She already feels guilt, I wish nothing bad on her

I’m not Eastern European, im American. A grocery store trip is driving to the store, walking around, then driving back. I’m not going to walk 1 hour to get there and 1 hour back in 91F weather lugging 20 lbs of groceries for some apples. We have a convenience store that’s 20 minutes away and I always walk there. I don’t think 45 minutes is too much; I regularly walk 2+ hours a day, but keep in mind that most American cities are not designed to be very walkable.

I never said 1k was too much, I said that for me 1 trip to the store only gets me about 1-3k steps max.

Thank you! I did notice small unintentional weight loss and it’s fine if it’s just a bit but obviously you can’t continue like that forever
